I wanted to mention two important tips that you should consider :1- You can only ask your tenant to leave if you or your close family members want to occupy the place.If you don’t act as good faith to occupy the rental unit you might be compensated equal to 12 month of the rent.2- The tenant has 15 days after receiving the 2 months notice to dispute.Make sure you follow up with the Resident Tenancy Branch to see if any dispute has been filed or not.
